  • Fantastic staff — With a 9.1 staff rating, guests repeatedly praise the friendly, helpful team who go out of their way, from quick check-in to free document printing.
  • Great breakfast spread — Guests call the breakfast varied, rich, and even a 'feast', with fresh fruit, toast, and yogurt, plus a good-value price.
  • Spacious, comfortable rooms — Rooms are described as huge and comfortable, with some duplexes offering extra space, plus air conditioning, heating, and soundproofing.

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Some breakfast letdowns — While praised overall, a few guests found the breakfast limited compared to other hotels, and the coffee and juices at breakfast drew criticism.
  • Bathroom quirks — At least one guest disliked the bathtub, and the wall-mounted hairdryers were described as weak, not suitable for styling.
  • Renovation disruption — During one guest's stay, renovation workers stained the carpet, and the noise or mess from ongoing work could be a minor issue.
  • Bar not always staffed — The bar area was sometimes unattended, so guests had to ask at reception when they wanted a drink during a stay.

“The breakfast spread was varied and excellent, with fresh fruit, toast, and yogurt — couldn't have asked for more.”

8.6Verified guest

“Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was rich and well organised. The garden was a nice spot where the kids could run around.”

8.6Verified guest

“The receptionist attended to me properly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I didn't like the bathtub, but the rest was great and very clean, with a good mattress. Breakfast was a bit limited compared to other hotels, though it sufficed; the coffee was poor, but when I asked for a fresh pot on the first day they served it well. In Valencia, fresh orange juice at breakfast is a must. Parking was convenient. What I disliked was that renovation workers walked across the carpet and stained it — it's not fair on the cleaning staff, and putting down plastic would be easy. Overall, everything was very good, and I'll recommend the place and return when I'm in Valencia.”

8.6Verified guest

“Facilities were quite well cared for and new, aside from minor issues. Staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was included and spectacular, with a wide variety. The location was good — not right in the centre, but an easy 15-minute walk that goes by quickly.”

“Good value for money.”

8.6Verified guest

“The room was huge — for two people and one night it was excessive, since it was a duplex with five beds in total. The beds were comfortable, and the heating and air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was spacious with two big mirrors, one inside and one outside, which is handy when the bathroom is occupied. The wall-mounted hairdryer is weak, more for removing moisture than styling, so bring your own. There was a safe, plenty of cupboard space, and a small fridge for keeping things cool — important in summer. Breakfast was very varied and good, with attentive staff refilling items quickly, though the juices tasted like powdered sachets. As a nice touch, they left two complimentary bottles of water on the first night, which few hotels in Spain do. The entrance garden was lovely. The price with breakfast seemed fair given the facilities, mattresses, comfort, and breakfast quality.”
